Capping line cap feeders for reliable production flow
A cap feeder can only perform well when it is integrated into the complete capping line. Bottle spacing, capper demand, chute level and line stoppages all affect the feeder behaviour.
The system should be designed to cope with start-up, normal running, short pauses and fault recovery.
Good integration reduces the chance of missed caps, overfilled chutes and inconsistent cap handover.
