A cap feeder has to support the capping machine, not fight it. The outlet position, cap orientation, chute pressure and stop-start controls all affect whether the capper runs consistently.
Different machines need different approaches. Inline spindle cappers, chuck cappers, ROPP heads, pump placers and press-on cappers each have different handover requirements.
The safest way to quote is to assess the closure samples alongside the capper details, line speed and available space around the conveyor.
