Automatic cap feeding machines for capping lines
An automatic cap feeding machine should do more than hold a pile of caps. It needs to separate closures, present them consistently and keep the capper supplied without flooding the chute or starving the head.
The right route may be a vibratory bowl feeder, cap elevator, bulk hopper, sorter, orientator or a combined system. The choice depends on cap geometry, line speed, bottle stability and the way the capping machine accepts the closure.
For a practical recommendation, send cap samples, photos of the capper inlet, the required exit orientation and the target output in caps per minute.
