Capper feed systems for steady closure supply
A capper feed system needs to follow the demand of the capping machine. It should feed when the chute or track needs caps and pause when the buffer is full.
The mechanical route and control logic should work together. Too little cap supply starves the line; too much can flood the chute and cause jams at the handover point.
The correct system can reduce manual loading, improve consistency and make the capping process easier to supervise.
