Feeders for automatic capping machines
A capping machine feeder must match the way the capper receives closures. Inline spindle cappers, chuck cappers, rotary cappers and press-on cappers can require different chute angles, cap orientation and cap-in-place control.
The feeder should prevent the capper from waiting for caps, but it must also avoid excessive pressure in the chute or unstable cap presentation.
A retrofit feeder can be considered when manual cap placement is limiting output or consistency.
